Re: boilies

as im still at the early stages of carp fishing i use a wide variety of flavours, brands and sizes dependant upon where im fishing, i am confident using dynamite baits "source" and been using "UFO" at evesham.

over the next few months i will be looking more closely at trying freezer baits by companies like cc moore or quest and hopefully find one to try sticking with.

Re: boilies

Mostly home-mades nowadays, normally go with 16mm strawberry, GLM, banana, pineapple, or mixtures of those.

I think that changing away from commonly used colour and flavour combinations has been a real benefit as im sure over time danger signals start to get triggered i.e Red + strawberry = danger, yellow + strawberry = safe

Re: boilies

I have a boilie fetish I have to admit. Anything dynanite or richworth mainly 10mm or 12mm dumbels anything small and prefereably not round like everyone else.
All the Pop ups by HBS
and then a ton of plastic baits

Nash Scopex Squid Liver Plus freezer bait

Try it!

Lee Jackson even voted it the best bait out there and he has no ties with Nash what so ever

I like Amber Attract aswell... that been doing me well recently BUT just like gemo I use plastic a hell of alot

Single fake corn has proved deadly for me this year

Also recently caught 6 fish in a 24 hour session on my broken korda baiting needle - I cut the bright green handle up into little piece and melted a whole through the middle with a hot boilie drill and hair riged the monstrosaty and manages 6 fish on it... do we really need bait these days? lol

Re: boilies

I tend to stick to 2 flavours. Tutti-frutti and Scopex. Nash's Scopex squid liver plus robin red has been doing well for others on my water so I may well add that to my armoury.
