Re: warrior - es

in my opinion any of the Fox Micron alarms are well-built and reliable, the only ones i'd definately avoid are Wychwood alarms, the ones we looked at were poorly constructed.

Re: warrior - es

Got the Fox Micron Alarms after trying out various £10 jobbies. Sensitive enough and to date are still working and I've had them a year. Couldn't bring myself to buy Delkims just yet...

Re: warrior - es

I was able to spend some great bank time with a fox consultant and he was telling me about the new Fox NTX-R alarms. He told me that if you get a fast take the alarms dont register anything ?. Also they are very very fragile and prone to failing on regular occasions. Bear in mind this is Fox's flag ship alarms retailing at £799.00 for a presentation set.

Re: warrior - es

If I had the money it would have to be Delkim. But failing that, try a fairy liquid bottle cap. Cheap and cheerful but it works!

John when times are hard I will always drop back to my old faithful. A Morris Minor hub cap under the reel with a two bob bit sat on top of the spool with the bail arm open. As the line pulls the two bob bit drops and rattles in the hub cap. Old school styleeee
