Ok a very difficult question.... theres a lovley little achre and half lake not far from me full of double fiqure carp and other fish, its on waste land and would become a fantasic project, however im looking for information about who i need to contact about gettign fishing rights for it and how to go about it etc....

does anybody have any information?
