You've probably come across this page by following a link i've posted somewhere. I'm going to write a bit on here from time to time and put up some photos and talk about various things, kind of like a blog but as its my server i've got complete free run of what goes here.
recently there have been two very important events in my life, I got married on Saturday the 8th December 07 and just before that on Monday the 3rd December I found out we were going to have a baby. Incidentally the wedding was planned a long time before we found out Gemma is expecting.
Gemma woke me up on Monday 2nd and waved a white stick under my nose with a little blue X on it, I couldnt believe we were that lucky so went rushing up the shops as we only had one tester, so we did another one, and yet again, another blue X. Talk about a fantastic wedding present, due to Gemmas problems in the past and the fact she had some stomach pains we went for an early scan at the hospital and heres a pic:
The baby is somewhere in that little black blob down the bottom left (well, on the right for Gemma), they estimate that she's 5 1/2 weeks along and estimate the due date as 13th August, we're having another scan in early January so i'll put up some pics of that at the time but as best they can tell, its in the right place and everythings OK so far.

You can see little arms and legs starting to form and we got to hear and see the heartbeat, which was a truly amazing experience for both of us, it doesn't really hit home that you've created a little human being until you see a picture like this one.
